Please return this completed form, along with any other documents you believe the committee may find helpful in evaluating your application, to MABA at admin@mabaattorneys.com. You may also mail a hard copy to 1150 S Olive St Suite 600, Los Angeles, California 90015.

Please note that all application materials submitted to the committee are kept confidential. Please direct any questions about the endorsement process to admin@mabaattorneys.com. Your inquiry will be forwarded to the current chair of the Political Endorsement Committee.
